Challenge
Standard medical‑grade nuts (ANSI/ISO) did not fit their newly designed compact actuator housing. The client required custom non-standard fasteners with:

Our Solution
Custom Engineering: Worked from client’s 2D drawing and a physical sample to produce a flanged hex nut with reduced height. The round nut design allowed easier installation into the actuator housing.
Material & Strength: Used alloy steel 12.9 grade (yield strength >1100 MPa) with a 316 stainless steel coating and passivation. This combination provided both high strength and superior corrosion resistance.
