The Screw Range is a core element of modern mechanical assembly, and for international OEM customers it is far more than a commodity item. A well-engineered Screw Range determines joint reliability, assembly efficiency, maintenance cost and final product safety. Our approach begins with understanding the application: load conditions, vibration, temperature, corrosion exposure and installation method. Based on this, we select suitable materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel, then define thread type, pitch, head geometry and tolerances. Through forging, cold heading, CNC machining and stamping, we shape each item in the Screw Range with controlled grain flow and dimensional accuracy. Heat treatment and surface treatments including zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide and phosphating further enhance strength and durability. With 8 forging machines including 630T and 300T, 10 multi-station cold heading forming machines, over 100 CNC lathes, 50 CNC machining centers, 20 turning-milling composite machines and 10 centering machines, we can support small custom batches and large repeat orders. For customers across different cultures and markets, we provide clear drawings, inspection reports and responsive communication, ensuring the Screw Range meets both technical specifications and commercial expectations.
